Duration & Frequency Options
Total Program Duration: 24 hours
Intensive: 3 consecutive full days (8 hours per day).
Regular: 2 hours per week, for 12 weeks (3 months).
Light: 2 hours per fortnight, for 24 weeks (6 months).
Step-by-Step Program Breakdown
- Phase 1: Deconstruction
A masterclass on the fundamentals of music theory and songwriting. We dive into how to translate abstract concepts—like brand values and team identity—into tangible musical styles, instrumentation, and lyrical themes. - Phase 2: Identification
A collaborative workshop to discover the hidden musical talents and creative strengths within your team. Roles are assigned (lyricists, vocalists, percussionists, composers), and together we select the genre, scale, and instruments that best represent your brand’s unique voice. - Phase 3: Composition

Location
We are flexible and can host the program at your office, a designated off-site venue of your choice, or in one of our professional music studio partners.
Our Requirements
- Space: A private, dedicated room large enough to comfortably accommodate all participants and our equipment (e.g., a large meeting room, conference hall, or open-plan area).
- AV Equipment: Access to a projector or large screen for presentations is preferred but not mandatory. We will provide all necessary musical instruments, recording gear, and sound equipment.
