Welcome to our Program registration page. As a registered Culturist, you have the opportunity to propose short-to-long programs to our clients.
Please ensure you have read and completed the information below accurately and as per the information requested.

IMPORTANT:

Clarity: Please be extremely clear, precise, and unique in what you offer.
– Avoid at all costs: “Available on request”, “subject to needs”, “to be discussed” etc.
– If you’d like to offer flexibility (i) propose something precise (ii) note in brackets next to it your level of flexibility.

Uniqueness: Your program is a ‘product’ – a mini-brand.
– Package it with an interesting but clearly-communicative title. Have clear and unique value propositions in body.
– Differentiate each session/part/step of your program with clear, interesting features, with activities, benefits, outcomes.
– Do not hesitate to use AI (Free: Perplexity, Grok, ChatGPT, Gemini) if need be to enhance your content legibility.

Short line that captures the essence.

Provide a one-paragraph program summary (100-250 words) describing what the program is, for whom, why it exists, and the core approach.

A few sentences explaining:
– the transformation delivered,
-who benefits,
– the unique selling proposition

Describe the problem or challenge your program solves.

List 4–8 specific outcomes participants will achieve.

Such as to do with: improvements in skills, empathy, mindset, behaviour, wellbeing, confidence, and perspective.

List 3–6 benefits for the employer or organization, such as improved cohesion, engagement, leadership quality, innovation, retention, and other tangible outcomes.

Describe who this program is for: such as roles, seniority/experience level, context, industries.

Total number of contact hours across the full program (or closest estimate).
If the program is ongoing (e.g., weekly), provide total hours per year.

Use this field for additional descriptions. ESSENTIAL: Please avoid being vague. The more vague you are, the less likely a client can imagine themselves doing your program. Ideally all your key program details should fit into the prior fields.

– Format (e.g., in-person, virtual, hybrid)
– Key activities / methods used
– Expected outcomes for participants
– Unique insights or thematic focus
– Any integration, reflection, or homework between sessions

Describe the flow of a typical session if there are no distinct phases or modules.

Include:
– Step-by-step agenda (e.g., arrival → warm-up → core activity → reflection → closing ritual).
– How each session connects to the previous one to create continuity.
– Variations depending on participant needs, environment, pacing, or group dynamic.
– How participants progress over time in awareness, cohesion, skill, and personal insight.

Also describe how energy is opened, sustained, and grounded throughout the session.

IF ANY: Describe the final culminating event or deliverable that participants will produce or experience at the end of the program, such as a showcase, project, presentation, or celebration.

Describe anything you need from client (e.g., space type, equipment, supplies, natural light, comfortable clothing, scheduling needs).
Quantify and detail wherever possible.

List what you provide to the participant/client (e.g., supplies, equipment, diagnostics, workbooks, certificates, products, etc.).
