I am an ICF PCC–certified Leadership and Business Coach, author, and senior marketing and strategy professional with over 25 years of leadership experience across MENA, APAC, and the US.
I support leaders, entrepreneurs, and family owned business owners through executive coaching and training focused on performance excellence, leadership effectiveness, business growth and complex professional solutions while placing strong emphasis on work-life balance and mental well-being.
I am ANLP-accredited Neuro Linguistic Practitioner, with 1,000+ hours of professional coaching experience.
Alongside my corporate and coaching work, I am the author of the children’s books Naas – The Brainy Falcon and Naas – The Brainy Falcon’s Adventures, which address themes of tolerance, inclusion, anti-bullying, and gender equality. The first book’s digital rights were acquired by Scholastic (USA), making it accessible to children in over 115,000 schools. I was also invited by the UAE Ministry of Tolerance and Coexistence to speak to students on balancing creativity with social issues.
On the creative front, I have established strategic collaborations with global entertainment brands including Disney, Marvel, Netflix, Warner Bros., and Sony, delivering exclusive content and experiences for major pop-culture conventions across Asia.
