I’ve always been curious about how people work, what shapes how we think, feel, and relate to ourselves and others. That curiosity has been a constant thread through my life and work, and continues to guide how I support people today.
I qualified as a Hatha yoga instructor in 2016 and have since taught across the UK, Ireland, and Portugal. My approach has evolved over time, shaped by attending a number of meditation retreats and deepening my own mindfulness practice. What began as a physical practice has become more integrative, bringing together movement, awareness, and the mind–body connection.
Alongside this, I recently completed an ICF-accredited diploma in coaching, with a focus on somatic approaches. This has expanded how I work with people, supporting them not just cognitively, but through awareness of the body, nervous system, and patterns of response. I’m particularly interested in how regulation, presence, and embodiment can influence how we relate, communicate, and move through change.
I’m a third culture kid who grew up in Ireland, and I bring a perspective shaped by different environments and ways of seeing the world. Before focusing more fully on this work, I spent a number of years managing art departments and studios across TV, film, and immersive art, as well as working in management and operations at a yoga studio in Portugal. These experiences grounded me in working with people in dynamic, often high-pressure environments, and in creating spaces that feel both structured and supportive.
I’m currently based in Ireland, and my work centres on helping people reconnect with themselves in a way that feels practical, steady, and sustainable. Whether through movement, mindfulness, or coaching, I aim to create space for greater awareness, balance, and clarity.
