I am a Corporate Wellbeing Facilitator specializing in restorative, experiential practices that help employees regulate stress, restore focus and find meaningful moments of reset within demanding work environments.
With a Master’s in Medical Science from the University of Hong Kong, alongside training in guided relaxation, hypnotherapy, Reiki and sound-based practices, my work sits at the intersection of evidence-informed wellbeing and lived, sensory experience.
I facilitate sessions that are practical, accessible and restorative - using breath awareness, guided relaxation, restorative sound and simple grounding tools to support nervous system regulation, mental clarity and emotional decompression.
My offerings are designed for modern workplaces where people often know they need to slow down but rarely have the structure or permission to do so. Rather than passive wellness content, I offer facilitated experiences that help participants feel a shift in real time.
Current offerings include The Reset Protocol, workplace sound bath experiences, The Calm Lab, team grounding circles and pop-up wellbeing activations for experience days, offsites and leadership retreats.
Sessions can be adapted for office environments, conference rooms or offsite venues with minimal setup, and are designed to be inclusive for people who may be new to contemplative or sound-based practices.
What I bring is not simply relaxation, but carefully held experiences that support recovery, connection and practical self-regulation - helping teams leave calmer, clearer and more resourced than when they arrived.
