I’m Ana Vaz, a facilitator, educator and mentor working in the fields of conscious sexuality, relational dynamics, embodiment and power.

Through my brand, Pleasure & Power, I create experiences exploring the intersection between pleasure, presence, communication, boundaries, authority and intimacy in practical and accessible ways.

I facilitate workshops, talks, immersive experiences and 1:1 sessions for individuals, groups and communities interested in exploring authenticity, human connection and personal expression beyond habitual social performance.
