With 25+ years of experience across Europe, the Americas, and Japan, I’ve worked with multinationals and SMEs in sectors ranging from agrofood and the automobile industry to international finance. I now create spaces where people from different cultures—which are not only national, but generational, status, and professional—can connect more deeply, make sense together, and move forward with greater clarity. I’ve always been drawn to stories—they were how I first made sense of the world. This led me to study comparative literature, exploring how different cultures express the same human dynamics: wherever we are, we eat, love, work, struggle, and seek meaning. Growing up between two cultures—the US and Puerto Rico—and later living and working across France, England, Spain, and Japan, I experienced how meaning is shaped differently in each context. Yet what remained constant was how people relate through stories: layered, implicit, and often contradictory. Over time, I learned to read between the lines—to understand the plots behind the plots. If you want to connect with others, listen to their stories—and to your own. This is what we can explore together.
