Anu is a Master’s-level Psychology professional with over 1,500+ hours of direct client counselling experience, supporting young adults and adults through emotional, relational, and life-transition challenges. Her work is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-informed practice, integrating CBT-informed and eclectic approaches to support meaningful personal growth and wellbeing.
As a mental health advocate and facilitator, she offers psychoeducational workshops and wellbeing-focused sessions on various topics, including stress management, emotional resilience, burnout prevention, mindfulness, grounding skills, mental health awareness at work, etc. She also supports teams in building empathy, communication, and culturally responsive understanding.
With experience facilitating trainings, workshops, and case discussions, she brings a warm, grounded, and approachable presence to her work. She is especially interested in supporting newcomers with cultural adjustment and wellbeing, as well as creating safe and meaningful conversations around mental health and cultural wellbeing.
At Culture Vitale, her sessions focus purely on psychoeducation, emotional wellbeing, and practical tools for personal growth. They do not constitute psychotherapy, clinical counselling, diagnosis, or treatment.
