I’m a bit of a Swiss Army knife of the arts — a multidisciplinary artist, musician, facilitator, and bodyworker, deeply rooted in creativity, movement, and ecological awareness. With a Master’s degree in Visual Arts, I lead immersive workshops centered around Recycollage™, a creative process using forest-found materials and recycled waste to explore artistic expression and environmental consciousness. This project blends sustainability with imagination, inviting participants to reconnect with the natural world through hands-on making. My artistic path expands into music: I perform solo and with a band, and will soon appear at the Monkey Business Festival. I also offer loop station-based music creation workshops, encouraging playful experimentation with sound. As a DJ with 25+ years of experience, I began mixing vinyl in Berlin and have since taught one-on-one DJ courses focused on both technique and creative flow. I also compose and curate live soundscapes for contact improvisation dance jams, blending rhythm, presence, and emotion to support embodied expression. I’ve worked in psilocybin-assisted retreats, where I held a multifaceted role: facilitating collage sessions, curating musical journeys, and offering supportive presence as a facilitator. These transformative environments deepened my understanding of inner exploration, integration, and the power of creativity in altered states. Movement is a core part of my life. I’m a dedicated practitioner of dance and martial arts, and I’ve facilitated aquatic contact improvisation workshops in Formentera, merging body awareness, trust, and fluidity in natural settings. Currently, I work as a certified massage therapist, a practice I’ve been developing for two years. While I haven't yet offered massage workshops, I'm open to creating somatic learning spaces in the future. I’m also trained in MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction), having completed the 8-week foundational course. I speak six languages: French (native), English (advanced), Spanish (advanced), Catalan (intermediate), German (intermediate), and Italian (basic), which allows me to connect across cultures and work in multilingual environments. My work aims to create transformative, embodied, and creative spaces that invite play, connection, and personal growth — whether through art, sound, movement, or presence.
