I am a 32 year old female with Specilaized Masters degree in Orthopaedic and musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. I have 8 + years of work experience in clinical as well as corporate setting wherein I deliver wellness and ergonomics session in community events, companies, gym and wellness centers. I firmly believe healing always starts within ourselves. So educating the masses about their own body, malfunction, biomechanics can help a long way in helping them prevent and treat their pain. I also practice a holistic therapy called Aminoneurofrequency therapy from Spain. I am Aquatherapy trained and curated condition specific water rehab for client.
