Camila Santiago is a Therapeutic Mindfulness Mentor and certified yoga and meditation teacher with ten years of personal contemplative practice and seven years in corporate marketing across tech and Web3 — working across Brazil, Luxembourg, Germany, and beyond. She is the founder of The Grounded Way — a mindfulness-based behavior change system designed for leadership teams navigating growth, high-stakes change, and organizational pressure. Her work translates rigorous contemplative training — rooted in Vipassana, somatic practice, and study with teachers Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield — into two-hour immersive workshops and an 8-week group meditation programme for companies seeking sustainable high performance. Having experienced two burnouts during her corporate years, Camila built The Grounded Way from the inside out — not as a theory, but as a lived map back to clarity and function. She now works with founders and leadership teams to prevent what she once had to survive. She also co-leads The Grounded Retreats, offering immersive reset experiences for corporate teams and individuals seeking renewal and deeper leadership presence. Currently based in Bali, her approach sits at the intersection of ancient practice and modern organizational life — bringing stillness into the places where it's needed most. She works with teams both on-site and remotely across Europe and beyond.
