About Carolina

After a decade in corporate, I know what it feels like to have everything, and still feel empty. My journey is not a typical success story. It is a story of radical honesty, and seven years of lived experience discovering what makes my heart come alive, what I want to contribute, and who I was becoming in the process: a life coach. I struggled for years to find my true identity and purpose, and the freedom to embrace them fully. I spent over a decade building a career in science and management, got married, and followed the path that was supposed to lead to happiness. Despite the titles, the achievements, and the comfort, I felt empty, stuck, and unfulfilled. I navigated significant transitions that shook me to the core: mourning a loved one, moving countries, divorce, leaving corporate, changing careers, starting a business from scratch. They launched me into a journey of self-discovery I never could have imagined, one that led me to consciousness, energy, self-actualization, and what I call Living from the Soul — a transformational model built on five core areas I call the Five Wheels, spanning identity, mindset, energy awareness, conscious choice, and self-discovery. My work as a life coach is pragmatic, personal, and grounded. I bring the precision of a scientific mind, the depth of a spiritual practice, and the warmth of lived experience making the inner journey accessible and genuinely transformative. I am a Certified Executive Coach through the Rayner Institute's ICF-accredited program, hold accreditation in The Self-Actualized Coaching Model, and am an ICF member. As a facilitator, my workshops are creative, experiential, and uplifting, always infused with the depth of real personal transformation. I offer my services in three languages: English, French, and Spanish. Workshops facilitated for organizations: • "Balancing Feminine and Masculine Energy" — workshop for LaPasserelle, an employment and career transitions center. • "Coffee & Communi-tea Circle," "Ceramics – Art for the Soul," "Conversation Spanish" — facilitated for community organization YWCA (Spring 2025 cycle: six sessions; Autumn 2025 cycle: ten sessions). • "Living From The Soul – 5 Wheels to Life Freedom for Professionals Over 40" — weekly online workshop at MeetUp. "I did want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the organizers of this program, especially our facilitator Carolina, who went out of her way to make our group so comfortable and able to easily express perspectives. I will highly recommend this program." — Rinku Varde, Coffee & Communi-tea Circle participant Through my life coaching practice and the Living From The Soul model, I guide mid-career professionals and executives navigating major life transitions: career pivots, identity crises, loss of purpose, or simply the quiet feeling that the life they built no longer fits; the moment when titles stop feeding the soul, when the "correct" template stops making sense, and when something inside starts asking for more. I understand corporate language. I have lived it. And through my own experience, I also understand meaning, alignment, and freedom. I am the bridge between structure and the heart, between outer success and inner fulfillment.
