I am an educator, speaker and facilitator with over 15 years’ experience working across schools, media, sport and corporate environments. I hold a Master’s in Education and have worked as a secondary school teacher, workshop designer and public speaker, delivering sessions on inclusion, neurodiversity, anti-racism, wellbeing and safeguarding. My work is grounded in both professional expertise and lived experience. As a late-diagnosed autistic and ADHD woman, former international athlete, and media contributor, I bring a unique perspective on performance, identity, resilience and systems change. I specialise in translating complex issues such as neurodivergence in women, masking, intersectionality and psychological safety into accessible, practical learning experiences for diverse audiences. I have delivered workshops and keynote talks to schools, educators, parents, corporate teams and community organisations, combining evidence-based insight with honesty, warmth and clarity. My facilitation style is engaging, structured and reflective, creating psychologically safe spaces where participants feel challenged but supported. My focus is always on practical impact. Whether working with leadership teams, teachers, parents or young people, I aim to move conversations beyond awareness and toward meaningful, sustainable change.
