I am a practitioner working at the intersection of culture, wellbeing, inclusion, and reflective practice. My background is in Criminology and Sociology, and my professional experience sits within frontline social care, where I work closely with individuals and teams navigating vulnerability, complexity, identity, and systemic pressure. I currently work in homelessness services in the UK, supporting people through moments of crisis, transition, and reconnection. Alongside this, I hold an Equality, Diversity & Inclusion leadership role within my organisation, where I contribute to internal learning, reflective conversations, and culture-shaping work. My approach is grounded, human, and reflective rather than prescriptive. I create spaces where people can slow down, think critically, and reconnect with meaning — both individually and collectively. I am particularly interested in how storytelling, language, and reflection can support resilience, ethical leadership, and healthier team dynamics. I bring a trauma-informed and socially aware lens to my work, informed by lived experience, professional practice, and ongoing self-reflection. I am comfortable working with emotionally complex topics while keeping sessions accessible, respectful, and psychologically safe. I work comfortably across cultures and languages (English, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese) and enjoy facilitating conversations that connect wellbeing with wider questions of power, care, creativity, and belonging.
