As a certified coach for 15 years, I work with two types of clients. 1. Organizations ask me to: – Help facilitate their communities of leaders and high-potential employees; – Ensure the smooth transition of senior executives and high-potential employees into their new roles; – Provide opportunities for inspiration and perspective. I work with senior executives in various formats: individual coaching, group coaching, seminars, co-development groups, workshops, etc. 2. High intellectual potential individuals seek me out to: – Take full advantage of their cognitive resources; – Flourish in both their professional and personal lives. I work with them on their motivational drivers, values, performance routines, focus capacity, and stress management. As a speaker, I offer the following topics: ‘Habits, a lever for performance’, ‘Identifying your talents’, ‘Should you follow your passion?’ and ‘Cultivating curiosity’. These conferences can also be deployed as interactive workshops. My assignments have allowed me to work in the consumer products, luxury goods, mass retail, finance, pharmaceutical, construction, energy and defence industries, as well as for ministries, both in Europe and the Middle East. I am a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and a certified coach of the Académie du Coaching, with MBTI and DISC certification. I work fluently in French and English. Having lived in Qatar and Pakistan, I am used to working in international and multicultural environments.
