I have always been fascinated by what makes people thrive. For more than 25 years, I worked in global corporate environments, leading teams and working across organisations such as Johnson & Johnson, Roche, Bayer, and Danone. Along the way, I became increasingly curious about a question that continues to guide my work today: Why do some people seem able to access their potential while others struggle to see the gifts they already possess? That question eventually led me into coaching, workshop facilitation, writing, and a lifelong study of human behaviour. Today, I combine insights from behavioural science, CliftonStrengths®, PRINT® (unconscious motivators), and my personal corporate experience to help individuals and teams better understand themselves and each other. My workshops are designed to create moments of meaningful insight. Through a blend of reflection, practical exercises, and engaging discussion, I help people recognise their natural strengths, understand what drives them, and appreciate the unique contribution they bring to the world. I hold an MBA in Marketing and a PhD in Humanistic Science, and have had the privilege of working with leaders and teams across healthcare, finance, hospitality, technology, education, and professional services. Yet the most rewarding part of my work remains the same: witnessing the moment when someone sees themselves differently and begins to recognise possibilities they may not have seen before. At the heart of my work is a simple belief: When people better understand themselves, they become more confident, more connected, and more capable of bringing their best selves to their relationships, their work, and their lives.
