About
I am a creator of transformation, a movement facilitator, and an guide into the living body.
My work connects body, emotions, and consciousness through a somatic and intuitive approach. I explore how stress, life experiences, and emotional patterns are stored in the body—especially within the fascial system—and how they can be released through movement, breath, and presence.
I support people in reconnecting to a freer, more sensitive, and more alive relationship with their body, moving beyond purely mental or performance-based approaches. My work is experiential, embodied, and deeply rooted in direct felt experience.

My Approach
I work at the intersection of somatic movement, deep tension release, and emotional exploration.
Through one-to-one sessions, workshops, and group spaces, I guide practices that help to:
* release stored stress and tension from the nervous system
* restore natural fluidity of movement in the body
* reconnect to sensation, pleasure, and embodied intelligence
* create a safe space for emotional expression
* develop a more intimate and authentic relationship with oneself
My work is not a fixed technique—it is a practice of listening to the living intelligence of the body.
⸻
My Background
With a background in audiovisual production, I spent years in creative environments before following a deeper call toward the body, movement, and consciousness work.
Over time, I developed an integrative practice combining:
* free and exploratory movement
* somatic and fascial release work
* breathwork and nervous system regulation
* emotional awareness and embodied presence
I also create content and experiences around personal development, creativity, authentic expression, and embodied living.
⸻
What I Offer
I offer:
* one-to-one somatic movement and body release sessions
* group workshops focused on embodiment and awareness
* immersive experiences combining dance, nature, and inner exploration
* programs supporting reconnection to the body and feminine energy
Each space is designed to allow the body to reorganize itself naturally without force, without performance, and with deep respect for individual rhythm.
