I am a Professional Certified Coach, PCC (ICF), Certified Change Management Practitioner (Prosci), EQ-i 2.0 and EQ360 Certified Administrator (EITC) and a Qualified International Mediator (IMI).
Over the past decade, I focused extensively on leadership development, working closely with high potentials, managers and executives to strengthen their leadership capabilities and personal and professional effectiveness.
Additionally, I designed, developed, and delivered an interactive conflict resolution training program implemented in a few organizations.
With over 15 years of experience in coaching, training, and consulting, I worked extensively with leadership teams, facilitating high-performance team and group coaching sessions, and individual coaching for personal and professional development. I integrate proven methodologies into my work while using interactive and experiential approach. My focus is on fostering emotional intelligence, improving leadership effectiveness, and resolving conflicts in ways that drive meaningful change.
I design, develop, and facilitate comprehensive programs aimed at enhancing skills in leadership, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, engagement, communication and collaboration. My work spans executive coaching, team coaching, and group coaching programs on subjects such as neurodiversity, performance management, transitions and leadership.
