As a multidisciplinary artist, registered community engagement worker, and trauma‑informed mental health practitioner, my work sits at the intersection of creativity, emotional safety, and embodied wellbeing. Over the past decade, I’ve supported adults, families, carers, and young people across community mental health, safeguarding, domestic abuse services, and therapeutic arts settings. This breadth of experience allows me to hold space with clarity, compassion, and a deep respect for each person’s pace, capacity, and lived story. My mindfulness and somatic practices are rooted in accessibility, sensory awareness, and gentle presence. I draw from yoga, grounding techniques, breathwork, tapping, and nature‑based regulation to help people reconnect with their bodies in ways that feel safe, spacious, and empowering. My approach is slow, invitational, and attuned—centering agency, choice, and emotional literacy at every step. Across all my work, I integrate creative process with mindful practice: clay, collage, comic storytelling, movement, and eco‑conscious materials become tools for expression, regulation, and meaning‑making. I design sessions that honour neurodiversity, sensory needs, and the dignity of each participant, ensuring that everyone can engage in ways that feel authentic and sustainable. 🌱 What I Offer I offer a blend of creative, therapeutic, and nature‑connected experiences, including: – Mindfulness‑based creative wellbeing sessions for individuals, groups, and community organisations – Sensory‑accessible yoga and somatic movement classes, designed for grounding, emotional regulation, and gentle embodiment – Trauma‑informed, psychologically informed facilitation, drawing on CBT, DBT, and strengths‑based practice – Nature‑based and eco‑village partnership programmes, integrating art, movement, and environmental connection – Participant‑led creative workshops using mixed media, clay, collage, and storytelling – Adaptive routines, visual tools, and emotional regulation resources for families, carers, and children – Consultation and programme design for organisations seeking inclusive, accessible, and wellbeing‑focused creative delivery My work is guided by a simple intention: to create spaces where people feel seen, supported, and able to reconnect with their own inner steadiness and imagination. Whether through movement, art, or mindful presence, I help individuals and communities cultivate resilience, belonging, and gentle transformation.
