
I spent 20 years in the corporate world and am now training as a mind-body coach, with a live coaching practice already underway. I bring mindfulness and embodied awareness techniques to help clients reconnect with themselves, move toward their goals, and step into real transformation in how they live and work. Much of this happens through one-on-one sessions, but I also bring somatic exercises into corporate and leadership workshops, guiding teams through embodied experiences of presence, unity, alignment with self, and attunement to others. My corporate background gives me an easy fluency with professional and leadership audiences, and my practice gives me the tools to help people slow down, feel more grounded, and show up as their fuller selves, whether individually or together as a team.
