About Jennifer

People first, task second – that is Jennifer Bryan’s motto! When you put people first you do 3 things: Increase employee satisfaction, Save money, Make money. Coming from a theatrical background, Jennifer has a unique perspective and a talent for connecting ideas and people together. Jennifer is dedicated with helping leaders understand the power of emotion in uncertainty, AI and transformation without making things overly complicated. With a rare blend of creativity, strategy, and empathy, she brings an “end-of-person-in-mind” perspective to organisational change ensuring transformation isn’t just implemented, but truly lived. For over 25 years, Jennifer has guided a plethora of organisations across multiple industries through complex, high-stakes change helping leaders and teams not only survive disruption, but thrive in it. From Microsoft and Barclays to CBRE and the Home Office, her track record spans global technology rollouts, digital transformations, workplace redesigns, and cultural shifts, always with people as the cornerstone of success. A multi-award-winning Change Leader, world renowned author, TEDx and key note speaker, Jennifer is also Chief Empowerment Officer of her own consultancy (named after her children), Board Member (Vice President of the Association of Change Management Professionals UK), and a regular columnist for several industry publications. Her philosophy “there is no learning without change, and no change without learning” runs through everything she does. Her unconventional career began in the world of dance and theatre, where she learned to embrace uncertainty and adapt in real time. Today, she brings that same resilience and creativity into boardrooms, universities, and conferences worldwide, where she inspires audiences with her dynamic presence and deeply human approach to leading change. Jennifer has collaborated on research with Henley Business School and worked alongside leading thinkers Megan Reitz and John Higgins on the behavioural aspects of change. She has been featured on numerous podcasts and invited to speak multiple industry events. When leaders want change to stick and people to feel seen, heard, and empowered along the way – they call Jennifer.

Additional Notes
Coming from a theatrical back ground, I use my experiences to help leaders navigate complexity, uncertainty and transformation.

I am an expert in leading change and use a completely people centred approach, which I have shared throughout my 3 books that have been traditionally published and the multitude of articles written for professional journals. I am a TEDx keynote speaker and am comfortable speaking to large and small groups, as necessary.
