About Jonathan

With a solid foundation in academic psychology (B.Sc. from LMU Munich), I quickly realized that purely cognitive approaches have their limits when it comes to breaking the cycle of constant overthinking and chronic stress. To create lasting change, we need hands-on, embodied practices. I specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT), combining evidence-based behavioral adaptations with nervous system regulation through breathwork and relaxation techniques. In group settings, I facilitate hands-on and solution oriented workshops focused on stress management, emotional resilience, and effective communication strategies. I also deepen these practices in tailored 1:1 sessions, adapting to each client’s individual goals and challenges.

Client Requirements

Additional Notes
In my experience, i prefer to not be called a "coach" as this job title is not protected and often associated with questionable credability. "Psychological Training" or "psychological consultation" are better terms.
