As former Chief Learning Officer at Meta and Majid Al Futtaim, Jo has designed and delivered learning strategies for 50,000+ employees globally. She currently serves as a Professor of Practice in Dubai and the GCC, bringing evidence-based, research-led approaches to executive education and national human capital strategy.
Jo is a trained actor and now sought-after keynote speaker on leadership, AI disruption, and organizational transformation.
