About Jordan

I'm a leadership and presentation coach and a facilitator who specializes in play-based trainings and interventions. I help leaders step into their authentic confidence and take up the space they deserve, whether it's speaking up in a meeting or stepping onstage in front of hundreds with grace, confidence, and resilience. In my group facilitation work, I help teams play together better so they can work together better. I teach the skills needed to be an impactful presenter, an effective collaborator, and a leader from any seat.

I typically am OK traveling about 2-3 hours in any direction, which covers much of the Northeast United States. I do often require a travel stipend for e.g. a half- or full-day workshop, as I have to rent a car and sometimes get overnight lodging depending on the distance. I also do a lot of my work in a virtual setting and have trained others on how to facilitate remotely.
