Curating Spaces of Presence and Creative Restoration: In a world that demands our constant attention, the rarest luxury is the permission to simply be without the constraints of time. As a Wellbeing Experience Designer, I bridge the gap between high-pressure environments and deep, restorative presence. I don't just design workshops; I create sanctuaries where the frantic pace of the city dissolves into a sense of presence. I am a natural empath, and I see the world in layers. My design background allows me to look at the clients' specific needs and create a tailored experience that feels both high-end and deeply personal. I am here to ensure that when you leave, you aren't just "rested"—you are replenished, supported, and truly seen.
Every session begins with a dedicated moment of grounding and breathwork. We acknowledge that you arrive carrying the weight of whatever happened before—the emails, the commute, the noise. Through guided mindfulness, we settle the nervous system and anchor the breath, allowing the outside world to fade so the creative self can emerge. This is our "soft entry" into the present. Rather than "managing" stress, I act as your Cortisol regulator. By intentionally designing the sensory input of the room, we lower the body’s stress response in real-time. I swap rigid structures for a "flow-first" approach. My background in design allows me to view wellbeing through a macro lens, breaking down the barriers to relaxation into small, manageable pieces of creative expression.
The Art of the Palette: Effortless Flow: Decision fatigue is the enemy of creativity. To protect the "flow state," I curate bespoke Colour Libraries tailored to each workshop's theme. This means I showcase materials in a colour-coded format in each colour palette. Imagine a vision board session where people aren't overwhelmed by clutter, but invited to choose from pre-selected palettes of samples, finishes, and papers. This curated ease removes the pressure of "getting it right," or deciding a colour palette, as the users are given inspiration right there and then, allowing their intuition and feelings to lead the way.
The Sensory example: A Tasting of Texture & Calm- Clients can choose their path to restoration through our carefully curated material variations and inspirations: The Foundation: A base of heavyweight, quality paper adorned with traditional British illustrations and heritage patterns. The Depth: A splash of texture through layered paint techniques, designed to engage the tactile senses. The Dimension: A 3D centrepiece created with clay and layered with splashes of paint, adding thick fluidity and a sense of physical weight to your work. The Atmosphere: An auditory backdrop of soft jazz and acoustic instrumentals, paired with a bespoke room fragrance to anchor the memory of the experience.
