Justyna Bajda

International Communicator since 2017, I have been building experience at the intersection of culture, education, and social communication. My hobby is combat sports – especially Muay Thai and kickboxing, and recently jiu-jitsu and MMA. Training helps me develop discipline, build consistency, and continuously work on myself. I communicate in four languages (at varying levels of proficiency): Polish, English, Portuguese, and German. Key characteristics as an instructor: Intercultural communication – experience working with people from Europe, USA, Middle East, and Brazil. Building relationships and cooperation – creating cohesive and effective connections between participants, partners, and stakeholders. Creativity and innovation – designing original educational materials, interactive presentations, and using various formats (workshops, quizzes, media projects). Flexibility and adaptability – adjusting methods to participants’ levels and needs. Facilitation of personal and group development – supporting participants in discovering strengths, developing soft skills, and creativity. Project management and organization – coordinating international activities and projects from planning to reporting. Empathy and social sensitivity – working with youth, refugees, and participants in challenging social contexts. Interviewing and moderating – conducting discussions in multiple languages and cultural settings. Mentoring and education – leading individual and group classes, supporting skill development. Experience timeline: 2017 – As an AFS volunteer, I supported international youth in adapting to the Polish education system, liaising between students, families, and schools to foster an inclusive environment. 2018 – Participated in theater workshops in Vienna, supporting integration of Syrian refugee youth through psychosocial activities. Conducted a German-language interview with a Syrian refugee on illegal migration and his journey. 2019–2021 – During my bachelor’s in Ethics – Mediation and Negotiation (Poland and Turkey), I worked as a tutor, leading individual classes for children, teenagers, and adults with tailored materials and teaching methods. 2020 – Interactive International Presenter for a UK-based company in Krakow, delivering live and online educational presentations with interactive, quiz-based formats. 2022 – Internship in internal communications at Orlen S.A., designed a theater-based psychosocial support project in response to the war in Ukraine, providing immediate support and long-term prevention of cultural, political, and social tensions between Polish and Ukrainian communities. 2022–2024 – Completed master’s degrees in Internal Security (Poland) and Media & Culture (Brazil). Conducted media projects: interviews in Portuguese with Brazilians on national identity and social issues, and in English with athletes on surfing, lifestyle, and mindset for personal development. Professional experience: Influencify (2022–2024) – Communications and PR: built relationships with partners in Europe and the US, ran influencer marketing campaigns (identification, outreach, negotiations, implementation, reporting), and communicated progress to clients and stakeholders. M.K.A Company (2024–present) – Coordinating communication and cooperation between partners from the Middle East and Europe, ensuring consistent actions and effective exchange of information.
