I’m a body-oriented and mindfulness-centered psychotherapist working at the intersection of somatic therapy, group facilitation, experiential learning, and emotional awareness practices.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked with individuals and groups in workshops, movement-based sessions, and therapeutic processes focused on self-awareness, communication, embodiment, emotional regulation, and relational dynamics. My work is grounded in the understanding that lasting change happens not only through insight, but through lived, embodied experience.
I create spaces where people can slow down, notice their patterns, and relate to themselves and others in a more honest and conscious way, combining psychological depth with practical, experiential tools that support clarity, presence, and human connection.
