Laura Halme

I am a Bachelor of Social Services, creative methods in wellbeing work as a major, a Solution Focused Therapist and a Master of Social Sciences in social and health research and management. I am providing group and one-to-one counselling in oder to support mental heath and wellbeing. I have been working in large variety with different groups of clients in social services, both with groups and individuals. The focus in group counselling is in image related methods, yet conversation is also always present. The goal of my work is to strenghten the wellbeing of a client. I am a peaceful and empathetic person who does not get scared of difficult matters. Humor is also a significant part of me.
