
I’m a Mindset and Transformation Coach who helps individuals and professionals move beyond their limitations and step into their full potential. For more than eight years, I’ve been designing and delivering wellbeing and personal development programs that inspire people to create sustainable daily practices for greater vitality, clarity of mind, and inner strength. My work combines the science of behavioural psychology with practical, easy-to-apply tools that lead to real and lasting change. With a background in Acupuncture, Eating Psychology, Strategic Psychotherapy, and Clinical Hypnotherapy -and insights from my own personal growth journey – I bring both depth of knowledge and genuine passion to every session. My interactive workshops are designed to be energising, practical, and impactful, helping participants let go of unhelpful patterns, build healthier habits, and develop the resilience to thrive under pressure. Every person leaves with strategies they can use straight away, creating immediate and measurable improvements in their wellbeing and performance. I am passionate about personal development. I have authored two self-help books and I regularly speak on podcasts and community radio.
