Yoga instructor with a holistic, anatomically informed approach that integrates body-mind awareness and supports both physical functionality and deeper embodiment. I adapt sessions to individuals' and groups' experience, needs, abilities, and age, ensuring safe and meaningful participation. I work sensitively with varied physicalities, welcoming beginners, elders, young, and injured bodies. While prioritizing accessibility, I also encourage constructive challenge, helping students grow and feel empowered in their uniqueness.
Vipassana meditation practitioner, able to guide groups in the first steps of Anapana meditation, where the current Mindfulness practice originated.
Performer, Movement director, and teacher with a background in acting and dance. Training in classical, modern, and contemporary dance, choreography, and movement research. I completed the MFA Movement: Directing and Teaching at the Central School of Speech and Drama in London in 2024. My interest lies in revisiting art forms as a tool for social and political change, as well as the exchange between cultures and popular styles. My work, from an embodied queer movement perspective, researches methodologies and practices that fluctuate in seeking a balance between the rigor of via negativa and the vital need for perspectives rooted in Black feminism and anti-hetero-patriarchal, hegemonic systems.
I have experience in leading workshops in group dynamics and artistic creation with professionals, amateurs and general public of all ages.
