
I am a yoga and meditation instructor and mindfulness leader. I create events and classes around mindfulness, awareness, collaboration and effective communication Mindfulness strengthens company culture by helping employees stay focused, calm, and engaged. It reduces stress and burnout, improves communication and teamwork, and fosters creativity and emotional intelligence. When mindfulness becomes part of daily work life, people feel more balanced, relationships improve, and productivity rises. A mindful culture supports both individual well-being and organizational success — creating a workplace where people and performance thrive together. My background is in yoga and meditation where I have been teaching for 10 years. I added mindfulness to the practice as a mindfulness leader through MBSR.
