As a positive psychology coach and mindfulness teacher, I love helping people realise that they already have all the inner resources they need to thrive, both in life and at work.
My journey into this field began through my own traumatic life events during and after the pandemic, a period that spanned several years and profoundly changed the way I understood wellbeing, resilience, and personal growth. What started as a search for healing and balance led me to the study of positive psychology and mindfulness — approaches that not only supported my own journey, but also inspired me to help others navigate theirs.
I strongly believe that everyone deserves to be happy, feel fulfilled, and live a life that reflects who they truly are. So my goal is to help people recognise their inner resources and use them more intentionally.
By shifting the focus from what's wrong to what's STRONG, I aim to encourage people to cultivate self-compassion, develop supportive habits and routines, and create positive, lasting change in both their personal and professional lives.
Through coaching, workshops, and wellbeing experiences, I help individuals and teams build greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and genuine connections. I support people in navigating stress with greater ease, awareness, and self-compassion.
I'm particularly passionate about creating opportunities for people to spend quality time together and build deeper connections with family, friends, colleagues, and communities that share similar interests and values.
At the heart of my work is this simple belief: everyone already has many of the resources they need to thrive. Sometimes, all it takes is a little space, support, and encouragement to recognise them and start using them in ways that help create a life that feels more balanced, purposeful, and authentic.
