About Meeray

Meeray Ghaly is a creative group facilitator, counsellor and psychotherapist with over a decade of experience guiding individuals and teams through processes of connection, reflection and creative exploration. She has facilitated group work in corporate, clinical, academic and community settings, and previously worked in outreach art programs at Concord Psychiatric Unit and as a team leader in psycho-spiritual end-of-life care. As the founder of Living Neuro, Meeray brings a unique blend of expressive therapies, somatic awareness and neuroscience-informed practice to her facilitation. Her sessions invite presence, play and meaningful engagement, helping groups reconnect with creativity, build emotional insight and strengthen relationships. Meeray holds degrees in Architecture and Counselling, and is a registered Clinical Member of PACFA. She designs inclusive, person-centred workshops that are trauma-informed, culturally aware and tailored to meet the unique needs of each group. Her approach fosters a sense of safety, vitality and shared purpose, supporting teams to thrive from the inside out.
