I am a facilitator, cultural mediator, and interdisciplinary practitioner working at the intersection of embodied practices, anthropology, and collective intelligence.
My work explores how body, culture, and meaning systems interact within individuals and groups. I design and lead experiential spaces that combine movement, breath, voice, and reflective dialogue to support regulation, cohesion, creativity, and transformation.
With a background in performing arts (theatre, music, and dance), I bring a strong sensitivity to presence, expression, and group dynamics. Alongside this artistic practice, I am currently studying anthropology, ancient Near Eastern civilizations, and religious studies, which deeply informs my approach to human experience, ritual, and intercultural understanding.
Over the past years, I have developed and facilitated workshops and individual sessions in wellbeing, embodiment, and expressive practices, working across cultural, social, and wellness environments. I also engage in intercultural and interconvictional projects, focusing on dialogue, inclusion, and collective transformation.
My work aims to create embodied, safe, and meaningful spaces where individuals and teams can reconnect with themselves, with others, and with a deeper sense of coherence.
