I have been an actress and voice artist for over 20 years and work worldwide as a communication trainer with my company OUT OF THE BOX TRAINING. I feel just as at home in artistic projects as I do in the business world. I like people (most of the time), exchange (always) and further development (who doesn't?). Together with my colleague STEFFEN BÖYE, we offer OUT OF THE BOX soft skills training for companies and individuals—as experienced business actors, we train realistic situations from everyday (working) life. Our SOFTSKILL TRAINING is interactive, authentic, and not death by PowerPoint. We take you out of your comfort zone—difficult conversations, demanding customers, how do I tell my boss? Experience grows from practice. As trainers, we also teach you the theory—with straightforward tools and solutions that you can apply immediately. We are a duo of experts in SOFT SKILLS. Conflict strategies, body language, presentation: that is our area of expertise. We work WORLDWIDE. We have teams from Germany, India, Ireland, and Switzerland and have worked remotely with people from all over the world. My passion is a good feedback culture and CROSS-CULTURAL COMMUNICATION—a topic that I have experienced particularly intensively in my training courses in India (Bangalore and Pune).
