In a world of no pauses, I thrive to achieve a positive and motivating approach towards physical and mental health. Having worked in various corporate and social set ups (retreats/PTs/corporate sessions) my one true goal is for people to feel calm and energetic even after a rigorous session. Leaving my legal carrier behind, started working in the field of wellness not by chance but by way of a calling.
