Nandana O

I am a ceramic artist and pottery instructor from India with professional experience in wheel throwing, hand-building, glazing, and studio practice. I completed an Advanced Level Pottery Course and currently work at Mud Monkey Studio, where I assist in studio operations and teach pottery to both children and adults. My practice focuses on creating functional and artistic ceramic pieces while encouraging creativity, mindfulness, and self-expression through clay. I enjoy guiding beginners and experienced learners alike, helping them develop confidence and technical skills in ceramics. Through workshops and hands-on learning experiences, I aim to create welcoming and engaging environments where participants can connect with the creative process, reduce stress, and explore their artistic potential. I am passionate about sharing the transformative qualities of working with clay and fostering meaningful cultural and creative experiences for diverse groups of people. I speak English, Hindi, Malayalam, and Tamil, allowing me to work with participants from different backgrounds and communities.
