
A writer with a Masters in Creative Writing and Degree in English Literature and Art History who has published fiction and nonfiction in a variety of journals, and has been teaching creative writing workshops for over 15 years to both individuals and groups. I help writers find the beating heart of their story and write it. In 2021, I qualified as a sports nutritionist and briefly worked as a coach supporting women with IBS to create meal plans to eliminate symptoms and improve wellbeing. As part of my health journey, I’m currently in training to qualify as a kettlebell trainer. I believe movement plays an integral role in creativity, as it teaches the mind how to pay attention, which is in turn the foundation of all creative practice.
