I am a multidisciplinary artist, psychotherapist, expressive arts practitioner, and facilitator integrating psychology, creativity, embodiment, sound, movement, and emotional wellbeing into transformative experiences for individuals, teams, and organizations.
My work bridges mental health, creativity, nervous system regulation, emotional expression, and human connection through immersive workshops, retreats, and experiential sessions. I have experience facilitating both therapeutic and creative spaces internationally and across corporate, educational, and wellness settings.
With a background in Clinical Psychology and extensive training in expressive arts, somatic practices, sound healing, movement, and creative facilitation, I design experiences that help participants reconnect with creativity, presence, authenticity, emotional resilience, and collective cohesion.
My approach combines evidence-informed psychological understanding with experiential and embodied methodologies, creating sessions that are engaging, human-centered, emotionally intelligent, and deeply memorable.
Alongside my therapeutic and facilitation work, I am also a visual artist whose work explores emotion, memory, identity, healing, and the relationship between the body and creativity.
I offer experiences ranging from expressive arts workshops, creativity and wellbeing sessions, emotional resilience workshops, mindful art experiences, sound and embodiment sessions, team connection experiences, retreat facilitation, and immersive creative events for both private and corporate audiences.
I am available for online and in-person collaborations internationally.
