Rita Sant Valentinas

I am an Art Director and Founder of Savage Chic Studio, with over a decade of experience operating at a senior level across global corporate, brand, and agency environments. My career was built in the United States within international organizations such as L’Oréal, Estée Lauder, and Shiseido, as well as premium brands including David Yurman. I worked inside high-pressure systems where clarity, speed, and alignment were essential to delivering results. In Europe, I continue to operate at a senior creative and strategic level. In Latin America, I worked closely with founders and CEOs, contributing to brand direction and executive decision-making rather than large-scale team execution. Having lived and worked across New York, Mexico City, and Paris, I’ve developed a strong understanding of how cultural differences in communication, pace, hierarchy, and expectations shape working environments and decision-making. I am currently building a practice focused on cross-cultural collaboration between Europe, the U.S., and Latin America, to reduce friction, improve clarity under pressure, and supporting leadership teams when existing ways of working no longer serve them. In parallel, I am developing a book on cultural intelligence and creative functioning in international environments, which informs the frameworks and direction of this work.
