
I’m an experienced yoga and meditation teacher as well as intuitive movement coach. I teach different styles of yoga such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin. As well as breath work and relaxation classes, meditation. I also have ecstatic dance events and movement medicine classes. Working with the body and mind through emotions, acceptance, presence, movement. I teach the emotional experiencing therapeutic process and help people feel good in their bodies and whole being. I have extensive knowledge in ancient sciences like Ayurveda and nutrition.
