I'm an embroidery and multidisciplinary artist with five years of practice and teaching in hand embroidery. In 2020, I founded Moka Studio — born from a love of giving old garments new life through custom embroidery, and rooted in the belief that craft can be a form of care for the world. Since then, the studio has grown into something broader: a practice built around circularity, responsible design, and the beauty of making things by hand. Alongside custom embroidery, I create functional accessories from second-hand garments, deadstock fabrics, and locally sourced materials — each piece handmade by me. Most recently, Moka Studio was part of the MIND pop-up at both Melbourne Fashion Week and Melbourne Fashion Festival 2025, joining a community of local designers reimagining fashion through a circular and regenerative lens. My work extends beyond the embroidery hoop. I also practice bead weaving — in 2023, I was commissioned to create a series of beaded coasters for Cement Fondu's gallery shop — and I work as a digital artist and content producer, drawing on a background in PR and communications within the fashion industry.
