I am a 12-year OD (org development) practitioner and certified leadership coach and trainer with experience working with major international companies including 10- years working in San Francisco. I design immersive experiences that change how people relate to each others and to themselves.
My mission is to uplift impact and interrelatedness at work, and beyond because I believe that investing smartly in the human factor is key to deliver an ROI…that extends far beyond numbers and the office. Indeed, to "do" differently, it is key to "be" differently – in terms of presence, consciousness, listening and expression.
