About the Host
I’m a systemic therapist and facilitator with a passion for creating spaces where people can reconnect, reflect, and grow. I specialise in Family Constellations and bespoke systemic workshops, which are experiential, heartfelt, and often deeply moving. My work is all about fostering wellbeing, connection, and collaboration—whether that’s helping teams build trust, supporting individuals to see new perspectives, or guiding groups through themes such as our relationship with money. Fluent in both English and German, I enjoy working with people from different backgrounds and cultures. I bring a warm, grounded presence and a deep respect for the unique experiences each person brings. My aim is always to create a safe, supportive space where insight can emerge and lasting change can take root.
