In this session, you’ll learn how to Check Your Inner Battery™, a simple yet powerful tool for energy awareness. It’s as easy as checking your phone battery and it can transform the way you work, lead and make decisions.
Our guest speaker, Jennifer Lyall, will share a high-performance habit that blends mindfulness with neuroscience to help you stay energized and focused throughout your day.
You’ll discover how to:
