Description

Burnout is a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by prolonged stress. This is a practical workshop that focuses on the exploration of burnout manifestations, patterns and tracking early signals in oneself and in the team. Burnout isn’t just a personal issue — it’s a team-wide risk. But with the right strategies, teachers can spot it early and prevent it. By creating a culture where teachers feel valued, supported, and purposeful, individuals don’t just avoid burnout — they unlock their team’s best work.

Individuals will learn:
• How to spot burnout and what burnout is
• Symptoms and signals of burnout individually and a team
• Techniques on how to turn it around
• To do their own burnout inventory and an easy burnout weekly reflection to manage their energy and stress better

Benefits

Team building, managing stress effectively, leading the self well, leadership skills and coaching tools, mental health strategies

Hosted by Jean Ann Rodrigues

About the Host

Jean Rodrigues is a certified coach and facilitator who specialises in supporting individuals to reconnect with their whole selves — mind, body, and emotions — to create sustainable change, resilience, and fulfilment in both life and work. With a background spanning coaching, somatic practice, psychology, and creative industries, Jean brings a warm, inclusive, and deeply grounded presence to her work. Her approach blends emotional intelligence, stress and executive function support, and powerful tools for rewiring limiting narratives and patterns. She works with both individuals and teams across corporate, educational, non-profit and recovery sectors. Whether coaching leaders navigating burnout, neurodivergent adults seeking balance, or young professionals finding their voice, Jean meets each client with compassion, curiosity, and clarity — helping them return to their inner compass and live more aligned, meaningful lives. She is also a qualified coach supervisor and offers reflective spaces for fellow coaches to grow their practice with integrity, presence and professional resilience. Alongside this, Jean is a Satyananda yoga teacher with over 16 years experience. Jean offers Satyananda yoga sessions, fire ceremonies and cacao ceremonies. She curates and guides wellness retreats with the foundation of mental health, self-development, the science of yoga and the Enneagram. “Lasting transformation happens when we come back to the body — when we learn to feel, to breathe, to pause. Coaching for me is a space where we remember how to lead ourselves, not just manage life.”
