Working across cultures can feel a bit like learning a new rhythm — sometimes smooth, sometimes surprising, and often full of opportunity. Different communication styles, expectations, and perspectives can create both challenges and creative breakthroughs.
This interactive workshop helps participants build confidence in multicultural interactions through reflection, conversation, and playful improv-inspired exercises. Instead of focusing on “getting it right,” the session encourages curiosity, flexibility, and real-time practice.
Participants explore how to navigate differences with ease, respond thoughtfully in the moment, and turn misunderstandings into opportunities for connection. The experience is energetic, practical, and grounded in everyday workplace situations.
Participants leave with useful tools, fresh perspective, and more confidence engaging across cultures and viewpoints.

About the Host
Originally from the UK, my work is shaped by over 30 years of experience living and working across cultures in Sweden and Paraguay. I am a trilingual, professionally certified coach specialising in navigating life transitions and cultural intelligence. Drawing on both personal and professional lived experience, as well as my love of improvisation theatre and learning facilitation, I create interactive learning spaces online and in person that engage the whole room. I support people — especially those living between cultures — to align with what really matters to them and build lives in which they can truly thrive. I care deeply about supporting people through change, increasing self-awareness, and facilitating learning that is practical, transformative, and fun.
