Description
This workshop invites teams to experience a fresh and human-centered way of working together. Through mindful awareness, gentle contact exercises, dance, and embodiment practices, participants explore how authentic connection can become the foundation for effective collaboration.
Rather than focusing on theory, the workshop is highly experiential. Participants are guided to notice how they communicate beyond words—through presence, body language, rhythm, and attention. Playful movement and structured interaction create a safe space to build trust, listen more deeply, and meet one another with curiosity instead of habit.
The format can be adapted from a 1-hour introduction to a full-day immersive experience. No previous experience with dance or mindfulness is required—only a willingness to engage with openness and respect.
Benefits
1. Strengthening mutual trust and psychological safety
Intervention: “Circle of Presence”
A embodied check-in that relates to the here and now and the topics the group brings to the workshop.
2. Enhancing non-verbal and emotional communication
Intervention: “Listening With the Body”
eg. In pairs, participants engage in a silent dialogue using only gestures, posture, and distance. Afterwards they reflect on what was understood without words. A short facilitation links these experiences to everyday workplace communication, highlighting how tone, rhythm, and presence shape relationships as much as content.
3. Encouraging creativity, spontaneity, and team spirit
Intervention: “Collaborative Movement Lab”
Small groups receive playful tasks—such as creating a shared movement sequence or solving a creative challenge through dance and objects in the room. There is no “right” result; the aim is to experiment, laugh, and co-create. This loosens fixed roles and allows new leadership and ideas to emerge naturally.
4. Reconnecting work with joy and vitality
Intervention: “Embodied Reset”
A joyful checkout that supports individuals and groups in taking what they have experienced into their working lives.
