Description
Step into the world of refined movement, where posture is not corrected; it is cultivated.
Inspired by the timeless discipline of classical ballet, this workshop is designed to sculpt effortless alignment, graceful presence, and quiet confidence.
Drawing from techniques used in ballet training, this experience blends precision, fluidity, and body awareness into a transformative practice.
Designed for individuals who value precision, aesthetics, and presence. You will be guided through a curated sequence of adjustments and flowing movements designed to
- Lengthen and align the spine
- Refine shoulder placement and neck carriage
- Develop poised, balanced standing
- Enhance breath control for calm, grounded presence
- Awaken subtle muscular engagement used by dancers
This alignment guidance is hands-on, please make sure members are comfortable with that.
Benefits
You will leave not only standing taller, but moving through the world with a sense of lightness, control, and understated elegance characteristic of a trained ballerina.
