Beyond Representation is a reflective masterclass exploring the intersection of women’s lived workplace experience, leadership sustainability, wellbeing, and organisational culture. Through themes such as emotional labour, caregiving, burnout, hormonal transitions, relational dynamics, and the limitations of linear performance culture, this conversation invites organisations to deepen reflection around what meaningful and sustainable inclusion truly requires. Rather than offering prescriptive solutions, the masterclass opens a space for awareness and dialogue.

About the Host

Experienced advisor, lawyer, and facilitator working at the intersection of leadership, relational intelligence, and organisational culture. With over 15 years of cross-sector experience across Africa and Europe, I support organisations in navigating complexity, addressing burnout and misalignment, and strengthening how teams function under pressure. My work combines conflict resolution (ADR), coaching, and facilitation, grounded in a systems perspective. I identify where structures and ways of working create imbalance, and support organisations in moving toward more coherent, sustainable, and human ways of operating. Founder of Sankofa Feel Tank is a platform dedicated to innovative leadership, culture, and system transformation. Fluent in English, French, and Portuguese, with strong intercultural and cross-border expertise.
